Hilton Signs Koko Beach Resort Into Curio Collection, Becomes First Internationally Branded Resort

Arguably rated as one of the biggest moves, Hilton has signed Koko Beach Resort Ilashe Lagos into the Curio Collection by Hilton at the African World Hotel Conference in Nairobi on 13th June 2023, marking the first internationally branded resort on Nigeria’s Atlantic coastline!
The Branding and Management Agreement (BAMA) with Hilton’s Curio Collection is for a new luxury destination in Lagos, Nigeria – Koko Beach Resort Ilashe Lagos!

BREAKING: 27 year old Nigerian singer, MohBad is dead

Nigerian musician Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as MohBad, has passed away at the age of 27. The former Marlian Records signee was confirmed dead on Tuesday, and it has left the music industry in mourning.
The distressing news was shared by music executive Ovie on his social media platform, #Ovieo, on Tuesday evening.
He tweeted, “Confirmed. MohBad is dead. Sad, sad day.”
Furthermore, Nigerian rapper Olamide Adedeji, popularly referred to as Olamide, expressed his grief with a cryptic message on his social media handle.
He posted, “Damn! Mohbad (sic)” and in another tweet, he wrote, “This life (sic).”
Shortly after the news of MohBad’s passing emerged, an old video featuring Bella Shmurda surfaced online.
In the video, Bella Shmurda can be heard discussing MohBad’s recent battle with mental health issues, adding another layer of tragedy to the artist’s untimely demise.

In May 2016, she wedded Abdul Bello, a Nigerian songwriter and rapper, but their union also ended in 2022, with JJC Skillz, as he is known, citing irreparable differences.
JJC Skillz said: “Dear Friends and family, I need to let you know that Funke and I have separated. While it lasted, we shared many things and have created two beautiful children”, his post read. “The last two years have been tough for us. I have tried my best to fix things, but I believe it is beyond repair now.”
3. Korra Obidi

Korra Obidi, a talented Nigerian dancer, musician, and model, tied the knot with American chiropractor Dr. Justin Dean in 2018.
Sadly, their marriage lasted only four years, with Dean alleging verbal abuse towards their child and emotional distress as the reasons for his departure.
